Homebrew/Hacking noob needs installation help :P

Heya, thanks for taking the time to look.

I've had my PSP a while now, and want to be able to get some more fun out of my older games with CWcheat. The problem is, I have absolutely no clue what so ever as to what I need to download.

Currently, all I can tell you is that my PSP is running on the ordinary 3.53 official firmware.

If someone could take the time to walk me through from setting up the program(s) to running a cheat in a game, I'd be highly grateful.
