I enabled the plugins from the recovery menu.
I exited the recovery menu and gone to Game-memory Stick to play whit Monster Hunter and it said no games O_O
I checked the folder whit USB connection and my PSP folder has gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Into my PSP there are all the right folder but the PSP folder (whit Game,game150...) is NOT there!!!! WTF can i do?!?

well maybe you hit the wrong buttons on your computer like that nifty canc button try a disk recovery utility if you don't have backups and avoid writing on that memory stick.
