Can't find MS_root?

I've been looking around every folder ...and I can't find it. Currently running 3.71 m33-4.

If it doesn't exist...can I just create one? or..?

Sry..lemme reword that..

All I can see is a folder that's labeled MP_ROOT..which I tried putting cwcheat in. Didn't show up on plugins.

MS_ROOT isn't a folder, you must put Seplugins folder directly in the MemoryStick.

MS_ROOT means memory stick root folder example like when you connect your psp to your pc it will show you like a external drive G or H may be different on your pc just double click it and hey ur in MS_ROOT i hope i helped ya !
