Problem Making a new Cheat in cheat.db

I'm trying to make a new cheat for Warriors of the Lost Empire but can't get it to work. I created a new cheat in the cheat.db file but when I open the cheat menu in game it's still empty. My cwcheat 0.20 works fine with other games so I guess I did the new cheat process wrongly.

Here's what I did, please let me know what I'm doing wrong:

In USB mode I go to seplugins/cwcheat/cheat.db.

At the bottom before the yyyyyy I input: _S ULUS-10309_G Warriors of the Lost Empire_C0 99 Ability Points_L 0x003DFE50 0x00000063 (cheat not verified working yet)

Save and close the cheat.db file, load game, and cheat list is empty.

I tried to remove and add back a cheat from another game and it was fine, so I guess I'm editing the right file, but I don't understand why it doesn't work for this game.

Any help please guys?
