Yeah I had the same issue but i knew how to fix it.(lol) (Same Game great replay value )

Anyway load up the menu and copy down the id at the top for the 2nd Disk.

Then go to usb and open:
seplugins-->cwcheat-->cwcheatpops.db(file)

Open it with word pad(not Microsoft word) or notepad. Ctrl+F and search for Final Fantasy VIII.

Then when you find it above were it says:

_S UXXXX-XXXX<--something replace X with w.e code.
_G Final Fantasy VIII

Well anyway replace the _S UXXX-XXX w.e to the code you copied down.

Save and your done.

Why the game suddenly freeze and shut down whenever I use CW cheats in God Of Wars Chain Of Olympus?

hey guys i got a lil problem that i been tryna go at for a couple days now lol. So my psp has been modded to 5.00 M33-4, and I just found out about CW Cheat so im trying to use it. Now i have a SEPLUGIN folder already from installing popsloader,

I can't seem to get CW CHEAT to work though.

Ive tried following in the instructions and added the lines (all copy and pasted from the instructions txt file in the downloaded folder of vers. 0.2.2 Rev D)


Pops txt file: ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheatpops.prx (original line)
ms0:/seplugins/cwhceat/cwcheatpops.prx (added this line under the original)

Game txt file: ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheat.prx (original line)
ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheat.prx4 (added this line under the original)

Game150 txt file: ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheat.prx
ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheat.prx (added this line under the original its the same i know..but it said to)

the one i bolded i directly copied from the README-EN file, so i wasnt sure to change it.

Now this is my problem: when i get into recovery mode and select the plugins menu i am able to enable the following

cwcheat.prx [GAME] [Enabled]
cwcheat.prx [GAME] [Enabled]
4 [GAME] [Enabled]

so is it suppose to say 4?, and game cwcheat.prx twice?...i duno....but in anycase i enabled them along with my poploader.prx, and loaded up Guilty Gear (PS1) once games loaded im in the middle of training mode, i hold select for more than like 10seconds, but i dont see anything but the game.

so once again, my firmware version is 5.00 M33-4, i really appreciate any help.

Ok, I think this could be a CWCheat problem but whenever I enable max hp/mp codes for Star Ocean: Second Evolution, my game would freeze occasionally. I asked a few people if they've experienced this, but all the replies were negatory. Any ideas??

Thinking of update my PSP(fat) fw to 5.00 m33-6...somehow there is one question that I need to clarify:- will this CWCheat 2.2 Rev.D can be use in this fw? Any expert can help? Thanks in advance.
