I'm new to CWcheat and I have read instructions, FAQs, and all the documentation I could. I am running 5.00 m33-6. I followed the installation instructions, used the INSTALL folder, and enabled both in the recovery menu. Holding select doesn't bring up the menu. Any help would be appreciated.

Install it manually. Copy the .prx to your seplugins folder, and add the appropriate line to your game.txt.

It's really not that hard. Use an existing line in your game.txt to show you what the syntax is...

sorry for the very noobish question sir....ma'ams....but i'm really a noobie.....
i just want to have infinite money on tekken DR and customize devil jin..but i dont have enough time to farm for it....

i'm trying out CWcheats! problem is....followed every step described in the documentation, read online documentation, and dig some forums but to no avail...

problem is, when im on recovery mode, then chose plugins, nothing appears except that "back" word...

what the hell should i do?

i'm using slim psp w/ firmware v4.01 m33-2... still fresh and fresh to me is no plugins or apps installed....no updates no format....fresh.... do i need some firmware update to use the latest CWC version?

help me please....

While you should certainly upgrade your firmware (can be done easily through the m-33 network update in the VSH), the reason nothing shows up in your plugin list is because you haven't added any plugins to the game.txt file in seplugins.

Open ms0:/seplugins/game.txt with a text editor.
Add a line with the location of cwcheat.prx (probably ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat.prx)
save the file
go into recovery menu>plugins
cwcheat should be in the plugin list now, enable it.
exit recovery and let psp boot/reboot
cwcheat should be accessible in-game now

I'm pretty sure there's instructions like this in the cwcheat readme, not to mention googling for psp plugin installation or something similar would have given you the answer.
There's nothing inherently wrong about being a noob, but being a lazy one who doesn't try to find the (common) answer is not so good

Need Help. Finware 5.00 m33-6. do not work cwcheat. When i put setplugins into root and then come to recovery - can`t enter to plugins. psp show me black screen with vertical line behold these icons - ()

in recovery all good, BUT I click to select the game for 3 seconds, but the menu does not appear
