GAME REQUEST Exit 2 & Gripshift

hello community, this is my first time here, there is a few codes i would like to request for above mentioned games if possible...

~Exit 2~ (PAL)
Inf time for level
immune to high falling

~Gripshift~ (USA)
Inf nitrous (turbo boost)
Inf time for current level
All stars collected in level or all collectables obtained in level.
possible moon jump code?

~Metal gear solid portable ops plus~ (USA)
all codes from the normal version of portable ops ported to plus version.

i think that is all of the codes so far, it's a shame that none of these games are not in the cheat database right now
and thank you in advance if anyone does create these codes!
