CWCHEAT HELP FOR 3.80 M33-5

Hi, I was wondering how to get CwCheat 0.2.1 working on my PSP with CFW 3.80 M33-5.
I've Read the Instructions that came with the Download of CwCheat, but i couldn't understand anything it said.
So Can Anyone Give Me a Step By Step Instructions for CFW 3.80 M33-5?

only open the menu when the memory stick light is not lit.

what are you saying? everything works fine for me.
and nids are nomore a problem with the nid resolver

Hmm...I'm experiencing freezing while I was playing Sim2: Castaway. I didn't use the cheat on database, and using the cheat searcher function. After 5-10 minutes or so, the game will freeze suddenly, even after i choose to disable the cheat in the main menu (doesn't freeze if cwcheat isn't activated). Also I waited when the MS bud is not lit to hold Select.
Also, one quick question. I notice that the new cwcheat leave cpu and bus frequencies at 0/0. Is it the same as the default 222/111? Because my game is you-know-what.cso, so set at 333/111 is suggested, but for some reason i think it run a bit more laggy than it should be.
Not that I say the cwcheat or D_A's cfw are not working properly, just saying what i'm experiencing.
