ok i havnt tried any yet but since no psp games are gettin released and im bored playin mine i was gona play some old psx games... i know cwcheat comes with a db for psx games but is it up to date and is there a site elsewhere to get an updated version of the DB?

any more info will be great! thnx!

being up to date isn't the problem... it's having correct codes.

some of the codes you see are taken directly off the other cheat systems (GameShark, CodeBreakers)... while many work alright, some don't (without "adjustments"). if you're lucky the ones that don't work, just don't do anything, but i've hit a few that lockup the game (and therefore the PSP).

then there's another problem of "Ten Thousand Codes"... like for Vagrant Story... i haven't counted, but trust me, there's a LOT of codes (22+ kb worth)... but nearly half are just renamed codes that do the same thing as the other half. i went through it... cut out the duplicates (including some "test" code lines, that don't seem to matter)... and on top of that, i combined codes and brought it down to just under 3 kb. granted my combined codes don't give you specific things (like one magic spell), but instead gives you ALL the things in a certain category (all magic spells).

my advice is... just try out the games...

ok fair enuf well if it comes to it ill just hav to use cheat searcher instead... i had poy poy and poy poy 2 and had to make own codes for them! used to love those games... not quite the same anymore tho!

I forgot the name of it but theres this amazing app that you can use that you copy the entire page from a code site and then it converts it into a db.
