Completely new Please assist!

Alright, so I'm completely new to this whole thing, I don't get how I get the CWcheat onto my PsP. Do I have to download it onto my computer, and use a USB chord or can I just download it directly, please help me out. Be great if you could tell me from the very basic steps, on how to do it. ^^;

use a usb cord copy the contents of MS_root371 to ur ms root meaning the seplugins folder only
