CW Cheat chooses the previously run game id

I ran a psx game, and everything seemed to work fine. Yet when I ran another, it was using the same game id in cw cheat as previous game. The only way to avoid cw cheat from having wrong game id for me seems to be to run game, quit to menu, and run game again. This problem is happening in all my psx games. I have the latest cw cheat and database file.

Any help is appreciated
