ok im new to this forum so forgive me im new to the creating your own cheats and all that good stuff i just wanted to know how i can create a cheat to get all the items in a game i was playing my psp got cfw 3.90m33-2 everything is running great i just wanted to know how to go about and doing this

i know how to search the value of money and life i understand that the question i was asking was if there was any way of getting a code to get all the weapons like with game shark or the action replay where u would go add the code and get all the weapons or all the items thats wut i was reffering to

It's possible, and it might not be just one line of code. Just have to be a little more creative and think how it work out in game.

but how will i go about doing this will i have to collect all the weapons myself and get the address and then string them together to make this?!?!?!?!? im guessing thats how i would do it or is there an easier way

I probably would do the same thing, with the item search increase, without the item search decrease.

Well, you can try search for 1 when you have that time, and 0 when without that item.

Just for your information, even if you found the address that doesn't mean that's the right address. I was just giving you an example how to start, and to put everything together you will need to know the cheat database format and put them in.
