What am I doing wrong ?

Ok I have downloaded the newest cw cheat onto a laptop.I have copied the Ms_root folders both types and the folders under them (which is really confusing how they were described) onto my memory stick duo.I put it in the laptop there is a slot for it.Now when I power up my psp and press the R button nothing happens, the game just loads up.Please tell me what I am doing wrong.Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advanced.

copy only seplugins to the root then it should work

Ok here's exactly what I did.I put my memory card from the psp into a memory stick duo adapter and put that into a laptop.Then I copied the seplugins from the "Ms_ROOT"file and the "MS_ROOT_371" file into the memory card f.I turn on the psp and press the R button I have even held it down,but it keeps just loading the game and nothing happens.should I try downloading the cwcheat software again maybe?Thanks for all and any help.

You need a Custom Firmware in order to run homebrews (and so cwcheat too)
