HELP , CW !!!

i loaded the CW into the ISO,
then when i pressed select for 3 sec , the options poped up and changed colours ,

i connected it to my pc and there were no iso and everything else , just different stuff.

after that , i reformatted my psp , after that , i couldn't on it , till now

URGENTLY NEED HELP , D;
