does cwcheat work on 3.90 m33-2?

i'm tryin to get it working in on psp 3.90 M33 also

I downloaded the files and unzipped it to:
E:\MP_ROOT\SEPLUGINS\CWCHEAT_0_2_1_REVA

Then I restarted my psp and held down R, and selected plugin, and nothing shows up

I even tried taking the files out of the CWCHEAT folder and just have it in the " E:\MP_ROOT\SEPLUGINS" folder and it still dont show up

you have too many things loaded (other plugins) or modded files which are bigger than default.

sibersan mp root is another thing leave it alone. where did you see that you need to put them there? the cfw readmes and cwcheat readmes (and also of every plugin out there) clearly states that you need to put the seplugins folder in the root not in folders called root or whathever

1-copy the folders under MS_ROOT (MS_ROOT_371 for 3.7x) in your memory stick ROOT (which is the main folder not the PSP folder)
2-power up your psp while pressing R
3-Select plugins
4-Press X over cwcheatpops.prx [POPS] it will say ENABLED
5-Press X over cwcheat.prx [GAME] it will say ENABLED
5-Press X over cwcheat.prx [GAME150] it will say ENABLED
6-exit recovery
7-when in game press select for x3 seconds to access the menu(default options which can be changed).

that's the readme i got when i downloaded cwcheat. I've tried it in "E:\", "E:\MP_ROOT", "e:\SEPLUGINS", E:\MP_ROOT\SEPLUGINS". I didnt have a MS_ROOT, so i made one and tried it in there too. so far it havent shown up.

I'm pretty sure i'm doin it wrong

I can't get the bloody thing to work under 3.90 m33-2 either. been using the program for over a year and was fine with it before .

i enable the plugins under recovery and i only use cwcheat so it's not a conflict. but it won't come up ingame. Tried it with disgea and crisis core.

Where is this video on youtube because i cant make cwcheat work in 3.90 m33-3 either! I did everything get the seplugin folder and installed it in the ROOT and i tried it with both install files! enabled them in recovery mode and it still doesn't work.

I'm having similar problems I tried it with all three file sets so all six both lite and regular and none seem to work I had to resort to using v.18a or something like that(and that works so I know where to put the files but nothing happens pushed and held the button for a minute each time to no avail), but I would obviously like to take advantage of the new features offered on the current release.
