Heres the vague and fast way of explaining it.
Find one code in one version sub it from the another. Then use that offset to convert the rest. Ex: US code(Inf Health)- EU code(Inf Health)= XXXX(offset) Then take XXXX and add it to the other US codes. Us Code(Game Speed)+XXXX(offset)=EU code(Game Speed)
