dbdownloader on psp slim cfw 3.90M33-2 doesnt work

when I load it after the network selection it just hangs at a blank black screen any help on this and this is how I have it installed I copied 3.x folder and put in my PSP\GAME\3.x and that how its set up? please help

so thats my problem after I select my network connection it just sits there I even left on for like 2 hours last night and nothing its weird i tried to reinstall it and still nothing dont know I mean its not hard to dl the db my self and install it but it would save me alot of taking wires out and stuff lol
