[Problem] Code doesn't march [MPO+ - EU]

Hello,
I have extract with Art-Money and CWCheat the adress for the machine gunner guide, but I have created the code, but I doesn't march.

0x001F3DB0 0x000000FF

(8-bit)

What is the problem ?

N.B : I have test the 16 and 32 bits
0x101F3DB0 0x000000FF
0x201F3DB0 0x000000FF
The 32-bit have freeze my psp.
