cwcheat with Burnout Legends not working

On the cwcheat homepage I've searched for cheats for Burnout Legends and it shows a lot of them. I downloaded the latest cwcheat and the latest cheat.db but when I load up Burnout Legends and go to the cheat menu only one cheat shows up. It's the 4x boot bar. I tried enabling that and it doesn't work. I've seen tutorials on youtube on how to use cwcheat and one tutorial was using Burnout Legends and his showed all the cheats and all of them working. I've tried downloading the cheat.db through the downloader on my psp as well as going directly to the website and downloading it there but it only shows one cheat for that game and that one cheat doesn't work. Anyone else having this problem? Do I have to manually put in the cheats that I find on the homepage? How often is the cheat.db file updated?

try making your own cheats some of the cheats that were on the db were no good so try getting your own try the tut on making your own

Ok. I will give that a try. Just curious though, who does the updating of the cheats.db file and how often is it updated? When was the last time it was updated?

the cheats are submitted by users then when someone has time and wants to accept them they go in the main sql database. then the server generates from that a cwcheat db each 15 minutes
