Cheat list is only showing one game

When I first installed cwcheat I used it on LoD. Then I loaded another game, ff IX, and it still reading LoD. I "put in" the second disc for LoD and the cheats don't populate...only on the first disc. Doesn't show cheats for Chrono cross or xenogears either. I could honestly care less about the cheats, but it's broke and I want to fix it. I'm on cfw 3.90 m33-2 and have the newest version of cwcheat. Thanks in advance.

That's what I looked at to install it. I opened the DB in Base and it shows all the games i'm trying to run with it. When I change to a different game, it still shows the LoD game id no matter what game is running. this is weird. Any other ideas??
