CWCheat in-game menu not showing (PSP Slim M33 3.80-5 CFW)
I had a similar problem with CWCheat 0.2.2 Rev A on PSP Slim M33 3.71-4 CWF before. At that time, I fixed the problem by switching the UMD ISO Mode to Sony NP9660.
Unfortunately, with M33 3.80-5 CFW and CWCheat 0.2.2 Rev B, the above solution does not work (I have tried all of Normal, M33 Driver, and Sony NP9660, and OE isofs). If I understand correctly, to install CWCheat 0.2.2 Rev B onto M33 3.80-5, I should the INSTALL directory of the CWCheat package, and not the INSTALL_371 directory, right? |

That's right.
Any other steps or anything you're leaving out? Edit: Someone was at the door so I just hit post. You installed CWCHEAT0.2.2REVB on 3.80m33-5 and when you hold down Select the menu doesn't pop up? Did you delete the old CWCHEAT folder before updating? Did you apply the patch? Ultima modifica di Somnambulist : 15th April 2008 alle 21:17. |

I have not applied the patch you have indicated. I know from reading the forum that an earlier version of the 0.2.2 Rev B download package had some optimization-related bug. I am sure that the package I have downloaded is the newer one though. Would I still need the patch? |

I was just wondering what the details were, I didn't think the patch would fix the problem I was just wondering if you had already applied it or not. Try deleting the old folder entirely (everything in SEPLUGINS) and reinstalling it. Do you have anything else in game.txt besides CWCHEAT? Try a redownload if that doesn't work. Do you have any other options from the recovery menu enabled (like Fake region etc)? If nothing works and you can't figure it out, I suggest updating to either 3.80m33 or like weltall suggested already, 3.90m33-3.
If you aren't comfortable doing that and it still isn't working after reinstalling it, try to zip up the SEPLUGINS folder on your PSP and host it somewhere so we can take a look at it. Maybe you're missing a file or something, it's hard to say? It looks like you're doing everything right. |
