CWcheat wont load in-game

Im running 3.90M33-3 with normal iso loading mode, when im in-game CWcheat doesnt load(and funnily enough neither do other prx's apart from vcscheatdevice =/) and i've triple check the game.txt and i know that the prx's arent corrupt because they work fine in VSH(XMB whatever).

What am i doing wrong?

Seriously... delete the entire SEPLUGINS folder on your PSP, redownload CWCHEAT, and uncompress the INSTALL folder to your desktop.

Put SEPLUGINS from the INSTALL folder on your PSP.

Restart in Recovery Mode and activate cwcheat.prx [GAME], cwcheatpops.prx [POPS], and cwcheat.prx [GAME150] in the plugins menu.

Turn a game on and hold select for a few seconds.

If the menu doesn't pop up you either did something wrong or you should reflash the PSP, because it doesn't make any sense that it isn't working.

... just try to get it working without vcscheatdevice and all that other crap... and then worry about getting them working. Why do you need vcscheatdevice if you have 3.90m33-3? I thought that was only for OE-C...?

Turn off vcscheatdevice when ur not playing VCS and turn of cwcheat when ur playing other games. The basically cancel each other out.
