help on installing cwcheats on 3.8

hi im new here. i have a problem. my psp version is 3.80. i copied the folder named seplugins inside the install folder (i used the usb connection of the psp) to my psp (I:/) turn off the psp and turned it on again while holding the R button but nothing happened. i also tried the seplugins in install 3.71 but still nothing happened. what do i do now? what am i doing wrong? i read the readme file over and over again but i cant see the solution to my problem. can anyone help? thank you very much

Hi pitman, you can't install it on official firmware, you need Custom Firmware, look THIS Thread
