How to disable memory dump function.

Hi, can anyone help me with this problem?
I'm sure that I do not enable the dump function, but if I hold SQUARE longer than 3 second, cwcheat keep giving me memory dump.
How can I make this stop?

i just changed the button from square to nothing.

lot less effort than downloading and then applying a fix... especially if you're already in a game.
