In the code:
_C0 Have all Equipment/Quanitiyx99 [found by 4m8IoN]
_L 0x8042600E 0x01DB0004

change the
_L 0x00000063 0x00000000
to
_L 0x00000001 0x00000000

Not 100% sure that would do it, but I am pretty sure it would. 63 is hex for 99, so if you change it to 01 (hex for 1) it should change the value that was previously 99 to 01.
