cheats, what happen? xDD

I had this cheat 0x013F6A9C using artmoney and cwcheat dummping files. Well, this is a cheat to give 99 lvl for a player in Naruto Shippuden Rising of akatsuki so i put _L 0x013F6A9C 0x00000063 ut when i kill or hit monsters the lvl comeback to original lvl 13 or lvl 14¬¬

Someone could help me?

I can not say for sure since I have not played this game but here is my thought.

You are having it change your level, but your experience is still at what it would be for level 13. So, when you obtain more experience, it will realize that according to your new experience, that you should only be level 13, and thous changing you back. Try changing the exp value, instead of the level one.
