[Help] only see 2 of 3 in plugins

When in the recovery menu and i click the plugins i can only see cwcheat.prx [GAME] and cwcheatpops.prx [POPS] but cant see the last one to enable. Then when i access the game and hold select for 3 seconds, the cwcheat appears but when i clicked select cheats, nothing appears (i saved the latest DB in the right location). When i try to click "Manual cheat apply", i am unable to access it. please help me

My software is 5.00 M33-6
