I'll try commenting the line like you suggested and see if it still crashes. But if it doesnt seem to crash for you, it usualy just crashes randomly. It doesnt really crash in specific points for me. I havent tried the game since the 3rd crash. But 2 out of the 3 crashes were from fighting a boss. But the 3rd one was from me walking around like I stated. So the crashes might just be random.

Edit: Oh, and so I dont get you walking around like crazy on the save, I tried again after the crashes of the bosses and just tried beating the bosses faster so I already beat Ibris and was defeated by the Dread Knight, and I got grant to the lunar tower from costner, so thats where the save is at now.

Edit 2: I'm terribly sorry. Its like an hour after noon here and I'm not thinking completely straight. Thats a save I backed up on my comp and thats where I'm in jade before I go to fight Ibris. I'm very very very sorry for the confusion. And I'm sorry for bothering you with this.

Edit 3: Ok, I commented the line in the pspbtcnf_game.txt file and I played around the game for a few hours using the gamesave I gave you, I fought the two bosses I got freezes at and I walked around everywhere saving and walking away etc. And I have yet to have a freeze. So its the prx. So I will wait for future releases of it if there are future releases. If so I look forward to them. Anyway, its a great app!

ok I've tried it with cheats enabled and it crashes.
then i tried with cheats disabled and without opening menus and it worked fine.

i've to try another two thing cheat and disable before the monster
and open only the menu and exit

if the second goes fine then it's a code problem

Ok, the third crash, I probaly had the codes on without knowing. But just enableing and disableing them is fine since all they do is bring your hp and money up real high, and they wont go down for a while, and I can just get them back up again. But yea, I cant wait till there more stable, until then, I'm doing dumps and doing the code search thing. Luckly computer calculator can convert numbers through hex and dec. I even typed a high number: 22700(I got a save online, to make the pass lists shorter)| And I got like 64 lines. And now I have to convert each address to hex and I'm doing that number thing(If the number is 0-225 put a 0 in front of it, if its 0-65535 put a 1 in front of it, and if the number is 0-4294967295 put a 2 in front of it.) right and see which adresses crash the game and dont when I change there values. Is this what you guys had to go through, for free?

hey Im trying to figure out exactly wat games are saported now. is there a list of them? and if I lok up codes my self how would I find llike wepon codes for like ghost in the shell? I appriciate all the help you are willing to give me.

hi After I installed cw cheat in the 2.71 firmware folder, i cant acces setings... how come? i just get an error screen??? please help me??

as said in the manual you can just configure it with the prx itself and the installation configurator will only work if the configuration was already saved (it's a sort of recovery method)

then the codes are the problem try to check what is the bad code if you can

magaman you can search now in the database from http://cwcheat.zioale.it or you can search inside the database file with you text editor or browser. if you have linux a cat ./cheat.db | grep _G will do the trick
there aren't codes for ghost in the shell.
if you mean weapon code to add weapons you don't have that's a difficult cheat. you need to compare dumps by hand or decompile the dump

When I am searching for items using "Ricerca di un valore", the address' are in Absolute format

Does that mean that the only the numbers system of 0-9 is used?

Ex: If my cash in the game was 444509, would I just put that in the box then open the dump to find it? Or would I have to convert that value into hexadecimal?


BTW: As for ideas for your wonderful cheating device, you should edit your CWcheat.exe cheat finder to support english (lol). Also, There is a bug where if you press Cerca while the file is already searching, it displays an error and crashes. You should make the cerca button unclickable (grey it out) so that it cannot be pressed until it is done. OR you could make a popup show up saying "A Search is already in progress. Would you like to abort?" Or something like that I have more ideas to post but I'll limit myself for now. I only wish I had C++ computer skills, but unfortunately I'm still in High School so yeah. Hopefuly one day I can program files like you guys

huh? than what am i doing wrong cause mine wont launch...
all i do is install it in the 2.71 folder and then launch devhook(to xmb) and once im inside the xmb i start the game and nothing apears...

can you please tell me what im doing wrong? I really like to use this homebrew?
