I di what you said in the second reply...taking out the 2 zeros in the db.

I activated the cheat (im on DH 0.51 fw 3.02) and nothing changes. My CE stays the same.

Can you upload YOUR db for us?

I'm not sure but I don't think this code gives you ce. You gain it and then spend it but your ce total never goes down. I think your looking to start out with 30,000ce and an unlimited ce code so you can buy all the camo.....right?

It does give you CE. Yesterday I tried it. I edited the code "in-game". Try it and see

You need to have the UMD to do it. NO iso/cso. Thats what I heard.
