Error message while opening cw cheat installer

OK well ive just downloaded the final cw cheat for dh 0.51+ and when i try to open the cw cheat installer i get a message that says " The application failed to start because the application configuration in incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem" ive installed it many times but get the same message, anyone have an idea how to get around this problem?

many of us experience this even though we got net 2.0. i have no clue what's going on

ive tried it again on my cousins psp and i works but now he cant get the screen to come up for socom ftb1 but it works for monster hunter... also i took the db out of the mem stick then the cheat menu comes up but no cheats....

i had to manually install CW Cheat, if i tried using the installer id get cannot find pspbtn.cfg.

After copying everything manually to my psp it worked apart from saving the codes i make which ive been told is broken at the moment and wont work.

i cant do it manually because for every devhook i download the txt files you have to put the cw cheat lines in come up in weird letters... if someone could just help me figure out those weird letters id be coool

open the txt files with wordpad, not notepad
