How do I convert the cheats from that page to cwcheat?
Eg:

From what I understand with the newer version of cwcheat(0.1.6 REV.D) you don't have to convert them, Just apply and they should work.

I've got a problem with the codes from that web: I think they're for NTSC FF IX and I have PAL version... so they don't work (I've deduced this after trying 4 codes and seeing they didn't work)
