[Question]CwCheat work for games for 3.02OE?

does CwCheat work for psp games for 3.02 OE?
i'm planning to upgrade to 3.02 OE and i wanna find out.

ok ive been using your cheat device for a loooong ass time and it
worked like a charm but then i went into trying to make it work for the PSX
games and it fucks up and i cant take it man i have tried EVVVERYTHING

i do love it wen it does actually work though....but anyway.,..here are
the steps i took in setting it up and correct me if i did anything
wrong because i can get the menu to come up but before i tried the menu i
put cheats in...and THEY never come up so here are the steps i did :

1. I extracted CWCheat from the zip/rar file it was in on the CWCheat
site (i have REV.F because i have version 3.03)

2. i put all the files inside the MS_ROOT folder INTO the main root of
my psp memory stick

3. i tried putting my cheats in on both of the cheatpops.db files on
there (the one in the F:\seplugins folder and the one in the
F:\seplugins\cwcheat folder

i tried this method in both of the files and i edited them with notepad

4. i then powered up my psp and turned on cwcheat menu and looked...and
my cheats were not there and i dont know what i did wrong so if you
have any advice or know what went wrong then please please PLEAAASE write

you are writing _C0 as _c0 it won't be recognized
