Cheats not showing up in any PSX emu'd game

None of my cheats show up on the "cheat select" screen for any game. They are all in this format. What am I doing wrong?

wrong _C0 case
_c0 must be changed with _C0

Maybe you should add this in the faq of rev h (or whatever the next one is) because I've seen a lot of people w/this problem and their cheatpops.db have lower case c0's.
