USB not working, usb.prx enabled etc etc

I copied usb.prx from the flash0 via pspfiler and put it in seplugins and added an entry for it in pops.txt. Enabled both of them but usb still doesn't work. Anyone help?
PS I have tried disabling it and enabling it again but it still doesn't work...

you need the other prx the one finishing with usb in it's name
